Guitar Lesson (Arpeggio Study)

This is a little study that i wrote years ago in 5/4 time that is not to difficult .Count 123451234512345 etc…. It can be played as a loop to develop both hands. I am playing on capo three in this video but i recommend practicing it in the open position. In this video I play an accompanied version first and then play it slowly so anyone interested can learn it. I hope you enjoy it. Here are the chords.X marks strings not played. E—-x—-x—-x—-0—-2—-3–0 B—-0—-3—-0—-0—-0—-0 G—-5—-0—-0—-7—-0—-0 D—-5—-2—-7—-5—-4—-4 A—-2—-2—-5—-3—-5—-2 E—-0—-0—-3—-x—-x—-0 —0—-0—-5—-7—-7—-5—-2—-0—-x—-x——x—-x —5—-3—-0—-0—-0—-0—-3—-3—-5—-3–0—5—0 —0—-0—-5—-5—-5—-5—-2—-2—-5—-4——5—-5 —5—-5—-2—-5—-0—-2—-0—-0—-2—-2——0—-0 —3—-3—-0—-3—-7—-0—-4—-4—-0—-0——x—-x —x—-x—-x—-x—-0—-x—-x—-x—-x— -x——3—-2

Sorry, I deleted this video and audio after i made it. To accompany this song, just play the same chords and use any rhythm in 4/4 and add an additional stroke to make it 5 beats. Rhumba rhythm with an added down stroke on the end will work fine.

this is really awsome although I am beginner and these chords feel awkward for me I will practice just one atr a time tyhen the changes the arpegio will practice first with muted strings any suggestions for the chords?? I need to learn this!

in the second thumb downstroke of the arpegio I always want to bring it immediatly back and rest it on the top string..this helps my orientation but delays the ringing of that note..I just keep practicing this one

@myotech I am happy that you are enjoying this one! Memorize the chords first and practice the arpeggio on open strings until you feel comfortable joining them together. Stability problems can be addressed by planting each fingers on the string prior to playing each note in the arpeggio. I have not been very thorough with this video.
