thats not that uncommon the pinky obviously is rarely used for other activities and the third is most attached to the pinky making them go together most fo the time

    chyaaaaaa

except for some reaso the doesnt apply to bucket head :/

you will regret that trust me i definitely regret it, i also self taught myself got mediocre then realized not learning alternate picking severely cuts my speed and makes string jumping runs difficult to sound clean.

i am double-jointed in my fingers so they always lock up when i play if i keep them in a certain position so thats gonna hold me back in the future isnt it

    Great videos, keep it up!

@MetalCowboy Don’t complain about it being too easy, go learn harder stuff. He’s giving newbies a break so they aren’t so hard on themselves if they don’t get it right away. Obviously you’ve never been a teacher.

@dency45 The muscles that control your fingers are in your forearm.

This is what guitar is all about muscle memory, just get your fingers going, and after you have that down pat, then music will come out of your attitude!

I’m not sure (yet lol) how this will help improve speed, but it looks like it’ll be a great way to build the muscle memory in my pinky, which is something else that’s useful
