I know it’s sweep picking but do I change fingers for every note

Use an Eb minor barre chord. All the notes are in it except for the hammerons and the slide up to the 19th fret. Those you can get soon with practice

It is based on an E minor bar chord (not Eb)
#1 Hammer on from the index to the pinky on the low E string.
#2 Play both of the notes on the 14th fret with a ring finger bar.
#3 Play all of the notes on the 12th fret with an index finger bar. (3rd,2nd,1st, strings)
#4 Hammer on with the pinky at the 15th fret High E string.
#5 Tap the 19th fret of the high E string with the middle finger of the picking hand and pull off to the 15th fret (pinky). Pull off pinky to index (15 to 12)
#6 Reverse the sweep back down through steps #3 #2.
#7 Pull off on low string from 15 to 12

Be sure to lift your fingers off of the notes as you are going through the sweep. Start off slowly and make it sound clean, than gradually speed it up.
