    i have a question, does the picking comes from the your fingers ,and the wrist following or with the wrist controlling the movement and the fingers following

    Is your guitar custom made? The inlays look AWESOME. Also, great lessons, they’ve helped me a lot.

    Thanks for watching! The guitar is a stock Minarik Lotus. I thought it was custom the first time I saw it though :) I later added two EMG pickups to it so I did customize it a bit. If you want one, go to their web site and tell them you are one of my students and they will give you a special deal on one.

    @lord2468vader22 Well thanks :) It’s a sexy guitar so it can’t be helped. I took a ToneTail Minarik Lotus and Stuffed the KERRY KING EMG set in it and BINGO! The guys from EMG are great. They sent me some 7 string pickups to try out as well. EMG pickups are just amazing. It really is a whole new beast with the EMGS in it.

    @c00ln35s Very well said! I’m not blessed with any particular gift, I just practice a lot. That’s really all it takes. That’s the real secret. Just practice your butt off.

    @funnydude666 There are TONS of sweep videos here on youtube, by guys who are far better at it than I am. I’d say look up TOM KOPYTO. He is a great player who teaches at music dojo and has some vids here. I’ve take his sweep class and it’s really good.
