Steve Ouimette: Sweep Picking Lesson

One of the many ways to sweep pick, specifically targeted for arpeggios. This can be applied as an alternative option to alternate picking technique.

    He lived a long life. I think it was around 7 years, of which I had him for over 5. Ferrets don’t live much longer than that:-(

    For learning co-ordination with sweep picking, i should just start with a chord, yeah? Then move on to more complex ones with pull-offs and stuff…and then i guess after that, an alternate picking pattern, yeah?

    Its amazing how easily you do all those licks in the space of like 0.25 of a second, when it would take the rest of us upwards of a second

    Rip was a great ferret and I miss him every day. I guess in a way it was to pay respect to the little guy so yes.
