Here it is… I’m sorry it took so long to get up… I have had a number of technical difficulties in the process, causing the serious delay… mainly my computer deciding it did not want to work properly… blue screen, black screen, stop and error codes, even my date and time resetting to 6:00pm Dec. 31 1987… every thing is obviously fixed now and i present to you… the lesson… enjoy i283.photobucket.com

Bro love your vids, and you said it best in the beginning of this video. I feel the same way. If your one of those people who can already do this stuff..move along, go watch some other vid (youtube has billions of em!) no need to puff out that E-Chest and make bad comments here. Your attitude rocks brother, keep em comin!
Some other pieces of advice I would personally give are:
1) This might sound logical but if you’re going for leadguitar, get some fairly thin strings.
2) Use the neck-pickup, not the bridge one. It will sound a lot less messy.
neck pickups are almost cheating, if you’re good at sweeping you will be able to make it sound clean through the bridge pickup.. eg. Alexi Laiho
1) thin strings doesnt really make as much difference as tension does. You’ll need a heavier gauge string to play lower tunings but you will have similar tension as the thinner strings
2) Neck-pickups are taken for granted and djanged is correct. If you are good, you are able to play cleanly without a neck puckup. Neck pickups should be relied on for tonal diversity and not hiding mistakes.

@Warhear87 omg man. you helped.. i have been frustrated so horribly cause i was constantly told to palm mute right *after* the note was played and it got insane when trying to do harder faster sweeps.. and i didnt even thinkof just doing a palmmute for real.. i thought it would kill the whole note
Hey mate, to be honost you’re totally right.
I’m learning to sweep pick for over a year or so and I only recently found out it actually sounds how it should after I like tried a thousand combinations of muting it with the end of my palm. It’s really important.
Good for you to tell so, now I just need to get rid of these small little stubby fingers to finish my sweeps -.-*

Wow I feel like an idiot haha I never use the neck pickup when sweeping and now that I try it,it sounds cleaner -___- it makes me feel like Im cheating tho ahahah so Idk if Ima use it..I just wanna get them cleannn!!! Mine suck haha
