Sweep Picking Warm Ups

Wath do you tink about this judo club?

a did my 1st lesson judo

there where like 8 kids(13-15y,2girls)
2 trainers (30-50y)
and 2 older man (35+y)

I’am 21 and training martial arts/power training(korean kickbox,kyokushin karate,hapkido) 7 days a week.

We started doing brake fall technics ,some warming up (running),no leg streching.
Then we played i game where every1 gets on 1side and 1 man is in the middel and need to try pick some1 up if he does that dude who is picked up will do the same.

After that we did some technic (pulling enemy to you and then sweep after that we did this move sparring wise )

Then some1 gets up you on the ground ,holding you in a lock and then you need to try to get on top ( they explaine how ) then in sparring again. We did some more of those locks on ground and then the 1 hour and 15 min was over.
I noticed a did not swet , but i geus this is normall if you do alot of technic .

Does this sound like good training for judo? i want high qaulity.

It depends on why to go to do judo.
For randori or fighting it doesn’t seem such a good club + there is no one your age there. It seemed to me to be more a technical season but it depends on the quality of the techniques if it is useful for you.
