What Are Some Ways I Can Speed Up My Guitar Playing?

I’m learning a few solos, but my hands are a bit slow to play them. What are some ways I can speed up both my picking and my fretting?

    Here you go. This is called The Steve Vai 10 Hour Workout. It did wonders for me. Memorize, then play it over and over again and you will get faster.

    K man, it’s a freakin long process…SO to start off you may want to get some lessons on this site: http://www.ultimate-guitar.com! SO start learning your scales, use a metronome. ANother thing you may want to get is this program called guitar pro 5. But be patient, it’s a long process. One thing that i do alot is get lessons from these guys called lick library, i get’em offa ebay.
